A Travel Pass consist of 12 or 24 one way journeys, and are valid for 24 months.

You purchase your Travel Pass in our app or on our website. Each Travel Pass is digitally distributed via email, containing a unique QR code for each Travel Pass. The traveler shows the same code onboard the train for each journey.

You can also access your Travel Pass by creating an account in our app or on our website, where you can also see your current balance.

If you create an account after purchasing a Travel Pass, you must log in, go to My tickets and specify the Travel Pass ticket number and click Add.

We currently do not offer a physical version of the Travel Pass. The package of journeys is delivered to passengers in a digital format, and you can then either print the e-mail message or the attached PDF and use this as a physical ticket.

When you have used all of the journeys you need to purchase a new Travel Pass. You will then receive a new QR code for your new Travel Pass.

You can easily view your current Travel Pass balance by creating an account in our app or at arlandaexpress.se.

Please note that the e-mail used upon purchase of the Travel Pass must match the e-mail used to create the account.

Travel Passes are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Travel Passes bought online are not personal and can be used by several passengers on the same journey, or shared between several people traveling separately. The Travel Pass uses a QR code that the train attendant scans on each journey. Anyone with access to the code can use the journeys and it can conveniently be shared by e-mail.
